Return
Change your mind for your purchase? No worry, we accept return on all new, unused, unassembled and resalable items within 30 days of your purchase. We would like to ask you to keep the items in their original packaging and package the items well to prevent damage during the journey. Also you will need to provide your order number or invoice number. If you have any questions on your return or on our return policy, please contact sales@coffeeronin.ca
Damage or Defect
Can't wait to try your new gear? We all have the same feeling, but we encourage you to inspect your product once you received it, and if you found there is damaged or defective, or you receive products that different from your order. Please contact sales@coffeeronin.ca and we will try our best to help you.
Refund
Once we received your return package, we will notify you by email that we received your return and whether you are entitled to a refund. If your refund approved, you refund will be sent to your original payment method.
