Small tip to make filter fits with dripper

Different drippers have different shape of rib that works differently. To make good use of dripper’s rib, we need the filter to fit with dripper nicely. Here’s my personal tip:

Most of us fold the filter according to the “folding line”, which is good. After that, when we put the filter back on the dripper, we can use our hand to touch the bottom, feel the space between filter and dripper wall. Then, we can push the filter downward for a bit. We use Cafec Flower Dripper as example for this time, see below.

Fold the red circle part again until you feel the filter is nicely fits the dripper wall. 

When you finish brewing, you can take the filter out and see the “folding mark”, then you will know where to fold on filter for this dripper gradually.
